“Called on a Holiday Friday, Veteran's Day, with hope that maybe somebody could come out over the weekend. They not only came out the next day, Luis did a ton of work: 4 ceiling fan installs--with one reinstall because I had left, and my husband made an executive decision without me, 2 lighting scone installs, a bathroom towel shelf, and, my new favorite piece of art, a geometric cat tree wall fixture. Luis was so great about it! It was late by the time he got to this, and he still went to get more stable screw inserts because he had doubts about the ones included. He could have just installed it and if it fell, it would have been one me, but no, he took the time and his experience to make sure the job was done well. Then, even as late as it was... on a Saturday, Luis vacuumed up the wall dust before he left. I have worked with contractors and handymen and to be honest, I usually dread the experience because you never knew what kind of service or craftsmanship you will get.
